Our Mission
Edan Concerts and Festivals Group, Inc. is a full service music ministry solely designed for religious and educational purposes. Our Goal is to promote events that have a positive influence on this generation of youth who are searching for hope and encouragement. Our desire is to provide an atmosphere of quality and excellence for both the performers and those in the audience who come to listen. We strive to reach every troubled and hurting heart with the love of Christ through music, words and the passion of our artists. Edan Concerts and Festivals is committed to using the gift of live music to reach a generation of youth with God’s unconditional love, hope and forgiveness through Jesus Christ.

will be used in a variety of ways to impact lives. One way is to cover the many expenses that go into
producing
a high-quality concert event, that ticket sales rarely cover. Here are some expenses that
go
into a typical Edan concert:

Band Honorariums (anywhere from $5,000 to $50,000 depending on artist)

Radio advertising (we use five stations in the Chicago area alone)

Mailings (50,000 postcards to fan base & 50,000 posters to churches)

Sound, lights and generators

Facebook ads

Printing flyers, posters, postcards

Hospitality for tour – breakfast, lunch and dinner for as many as 75 tour members

Insurance – $1M liability at each event

Venue rental

Labor – loaders and stage crew (union venues get very costly)

Office expenses
Ticket Sales alone rarely cover our expenses
Your donation will also go toward free outreach tickets for various organizations throughout the area, like Teen Challenge or Crisis Pregnancy Centers that minister to teens and young adults that need a place to come and hear great live music and hear about the hope that is found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
